NEW! Oruga DSP card captures 64 16-bit analog channels at 40kSPS and plays 4 outputs up to 750kHz each with extreme trigger flexibility under the control of a C6713 DSP

We are pleased to announce Oruga our newest addition to the Matador DSP series. This card combines a high-channel count of high-quality analog I/O, the most powerful Texas Instruments' floating point DSP, the TMS320C6713 and numerous other peripherals on a 64-bit PCI card. Oruga's analog front-end utilizes our sophisticated and proven triggering controls implemented on the successful Toro and Conejo cards and offers an amazing 64 input channels and 4 output channels. Input channels are equipped with individual 4-pole anti-alias filters and split into two banks of 32, multiplexed into two 1.25MHz A/D converters to provide over 39kSPS per channel. Inputs are single-ended or differential and are DC accurate. Four 16-bit analog outputs are optional and can stream at up to 750kSPS each. With a full array of on-board peripherals, Oruga is the prime choice for high-channel desktop and OEM applications like vibration, acoustics, audio, SONAR, beam-forming/direction finding, MIMO, industrial control and instrumentation.

Delfín delivers prime analog performance with 104dB SFDR on 32 simultaneous 24-bit inputs

Delfín lives up to its premise! Exceptional analog performance was benchmarked inside PCI-systems: 98dB S/N, 104dB THD, 104dB SFDR. This is not manufacturer chip-level spec, but rather actual in-system performance you can expect inside your desktop or industrial PCI system. With such great dynamic range and noise discrimination, combined with a powerfull C6711 DSP, Delfín is the ultimate solution for extremely demanding data acquisition applications like SONAR, acoustics, direction-finding, high-precision instruments, audio processing, semiconductor testing.

Complete User-Manuals and Interactive Help Files Available

Unlike many board suppliers, Innovative Integration provides complete product documentation, available to anyone, via our web site.

Interested customers don't have to call or write to get the answers to their specific questions. New buyers don't have to wait for their board delivery to begin their system integration and existing users can check the latest docs at any time. It's all here, today, for everyone to use effectively.

Our board documentation package includes the following:

  • Complete user manual (pdf format) with detailed information about board architecture and operation, memory map, analog converter controls, anti-alias filter response, connector pin-outs, communication with host PC, etc
  • Target and Host interactive software Help Files, including intro overviews, DSP/BIOS drivers and detailed description of all API functions with syntax and code examples
  • Help files for valuable utilities: Uniterminal, BinView, Armada, IOComp Instruments and Plot
  • Informative data sheets for quick spec reference.

BinVIEW - View and analyze acquired analog data with ease and flexibility

BinView is one useful utility. Included in every software package is this practical yet powerful applet that allows you to view, analyze, print, export, scale and measure data. BinView is a host-side application which readily interprets and plots binary data that has been captured by the A/D converters of any of our boards. With a simple configuration defining channel count, resolution and hardware format, BinVIEW presents the data in an interactive plot. In the time domain, the user can scroll through data, zoom in and out and accurately measure a specific feature. In the frequency domain, FFTs are calculated with selectable options like block size, windowing type. Analog performance measurements of S/N, SINAD, SFDR and THD are reported on any selected data block. BinVIEW can be invoked from a DSP program, via Uniterminal, to trigger a data display immediately after capture, but remains a "static" viewer. Other tools used for dynamic plotting of data during streaming are also provided.
