The DAQ-Node enables use of any of our X-series XMC modules in an ultra-compact 1.75"x3.5"x7" rugged enclosure. X5 and X6 modules may be deployed stand-alone to create autonomous data collectors or servo controllers. Any X-series module may be tethered to a PC via Cabled PCI Express (CPEX) allowing data streaming at 200 MB/s sustained.
The eInstrumentPC is a full-fledged industrial-grade, COM-module-based PC housed in a rugged, 3"x7"x10" metal enclosure. Up to two X-series XMC modules can be natively installed providing analog and digital I/O to GHz rates. An onboard CPEX interface allows connection to a DAQ-Node, which when combined with an optional CPEX hub provides unlimited XMC module expansion. The ePC may be equipped with up to four SSDs, a GPS and attach to up to six USB peripherals to create a powerful I/O and computational island.

It has been designed specifically with high-reliability and defense applications in mind, with an enhanced module standard that enables applications and platforms with superior performance. VPX is available in 6U and 3U form factor and supports existing PMC and XMC mezzanines.
FPGA Mezzanine Card (FMC), as defined in VITA 57, provides an industry-standard means of connecting analog, digital or communications I/O via a mezzanine module to an FPGA. FMC modules must always be used on a carrier, but their low-profile is compatible with popular industry-standard form factors, including VPX and desktop PCI Express.
