WinPcap issue

Dear Support,

A customer has an error during execution of hardware co-simulation.
Error in Point-to-point Ethernet Hardware Co-simulation.

Could not load "packet.dll". Please ensure WinPcap (version >= 4.0) is
properly installed.
The WinPcap installer can be downloaded from http://www.winpcap.org
Error occurred during "Simulation Initialization".

Software release:
BSP version 7.3
Version xilinx : 11.3
Version MatLab : R2008b
Winpcap verison 4.1

Hi Arnaud,
Customer should select X5_400M as a compilation target and use Xilinx USBII POD hardware cosimulation.
