Ok so... I’m trying to get drivers for a few P25M’s we bought. I’m using Windows 7 pro 64 bit. But when I try your little installfromweb app, it goes for 3-4 hours and then locks, and tells me that I need to reinstall. Reinstalling yields a rinse, repeat situation.
So I tried creating a MyII account. I got and email with a confirmation link that yields a HTTP 500 error so I can’t get to the download page.
I sent an email 2 days ago to techsprt@innovative-dsp.com and webmaster@innovative-dsp.com. The webmaster account bounced with a #550 no such user error from Postini. And I still haven’t heard back from the Tech Support account.
So what do I do now?? I just want drivers. |

Try running InstallFromWeb from your home PC, if possible. The most common problem stems from aggressive work firewalls.
I have activated each of your three MyII accounts, so you should be able to login also. |

I took the computer home and tried the installfromweb from outside the company firewall. It worked better but still didn't work completely. I get an error saying to contact Innovative Integration when the program loads. And it still gives me the error at the end requesting that I reload installfromweb. The difference is that it doesn't lock and I can continue the download and run the installation programs.
Now when I select the P25M portion of the install it tells me that the file P25MDevKit.zip needs to be included in the download directory. And I still can't download that because my MyII is still not activated. And I should only have one account for that... Not 3.
Thanks |

I can't explain why IFW is not working in your environment. Most users are able to use the tool successfully, but a small fraction report troubles.
The only alternative is to send you a DVD with the required files. Can I use the address you supplied on MyII? |

The tracking information claims that we have some invalid address information or need more info. Can you email us a good shipping address? It says the package arrived in Bottany, Australia today.
Thanks,
