Yes.

Yes.

It doesn't depend on the order since the problematic card doesn't work individually.
Thanks |

| When you run it without the test pattern, does it fill a data.bin file? or is it empty. I'm trying to figure out if the channels are truly disabled, or if there is a problem with your A\D's. |

Hi,
When I run with the test patterns, it fills a bin file and I can view the output in biview. |

We appear to have a software issue. I will try to resolve it ASAP and keep you updated. I am seeing similar problems when I test it on my end. Sorry for the inconvenience. Hopefully this will be resolved within a couple days.
Thanks,
Brian |

Hello,
The problem that I am seeing on our end is, when I open a board with Snap and start streaming, the board gets completely shut down and cannot enumerate in my PC until I power cycle it. I have a second X5-G12, and it does not show this symtom and everything works properly. When I ran the "bad" board with an older version of Snap, it worked properly.
Attached to this post is an older Snap executable. Please tell me if your board works properly using this version to help me diagnose your issue.
Thanks,
Brian |

Hi Brian,
My e-instruments pc just stopped booting after I reinstalled beta X5-G12 software. Windows halts after loading Classpnp.sys. I can't go into safe mode or any other mode.
Any ideas? I've posted in the e-instruments topic but no reply yet. There seems to be no way to do a repair either??
I will test the version of Snap that you posted once this issue is resolved.
Thanks.

Hi Brian,
Just tested with the Snap version you posted. I still have the same problem.

I'm starting to believe that you may have a hardware problem. Did you ever see this card work properly? Maybe I could look at it using teamviewer if you have time. Let me know when might be a good time.
Thanks,
Brian |
