Hi everybody,

the xml board file for X3-10M card is missing (Xilinx support pointed that out). There should be a appropriate file in the installation folder

C:\Xilinx\10.1\DSP_Tools\sysgen\plugins\compilation\Hardware Co-Simulation\X3_10M

but there isn't.

Can you provide us this file or can we generate it on our own?
WHich information do we need (see attached screenshot of Matlab - SysGenerator).

Thank you
Kai

Hi kai,
xml file is generated as a result of supporting new platforms.

In order to use the BSP, Matlab pathtool should include this folder
C:\Xilinx\10.1\DSP_Tools\sysgen\plugins\compilation\Hardware Co-Simulation\X3_10M

This is generated automatically when you install the BSP.

If for some reason, the path is not included in Matlab, the you can open Matlab pathtool and add the above mentioned folder.

Sincerely,
Amit

Hi Amit,
yes, that is what Xilinx told us too.
But we do not have a xml file in that folder. It was not created.
The folder exists and is already included in the Matlab path, but there is no xml file in it.
Again: We need the xml file (or a discription how to fill in the above depicted mask).

Can you send us this xml file by mail, via this forum, etc. so we can include the xml file in the mentioned folder?

Thank you!
Kai
