Algebraic loop problem.

How to solve Algebraic loop issue ?
I'm getting the error message that 'solver step size is becoming less than specified minimum step size', I have tried reducing min step size and tightening the rel/abs error but nothing works. My guess is, it has something to do with the way I've modeled it and algebraic loop(s).
Any suggestion to take care of it ?
