Overview
Turnkey applications for acquisition and playback are provided for all modules where applicable. These applications may be run with ChicoPlus right out of the box and in many cases, will provide the end user with all of the functionality desired.
In the case where added functionality or integration with our system functions is required, several options are available to the customer.
- Armada
Armada, the recommended choice for Rapid Application Development (RAD), is a set of visual drag & drop components which are fully integrated into Borland C++ Builder, or the equivalent set of MFC classes for Microsoft Visual C++. Armada offers the best performance and flexibility with a minimal amount of programming effort. All of the ChicoPlus turnkey applications were built in Armada and are also provided in source form with the purchase of the ChicoPlus DevPack. Includes Borland C++ Builder and Visual C++ examples.
- Caliente
Caliente is a packaged Windows DLL that provides full access to all ChicoPlus functions from programming environments which utilize DLLs or ActiveX controls, such as Visual C++, VisualBasic and Delphi. Examples using Visual C++ are provided in source form.
- DASYLab Driver
For simple to intermediate applications, ChicoPlus can be configured and controlled from this fully graphical development interface. Triggering mode, I/O module, and full bandwidth support is limited. Call for details
